Soothing Smoothies
I wanted to share some smoothie recipes with you in the hope that you enjoy them as much as I do.
Green Goddess
Apple and Spinach.
1 Green Granny Smith apple, seeded.
2-3 dates, without stones.
2-3 cm of fresh ginger, pealed and sliced.
Half a cup of frozen spinach.
Almond milk.
Place the ingredients in a blending cup and blend for approximately 30 seconds until smooth.
Tropical sunrise
Mango and Turmeric. Half a ripe mango. Half a cup of frozen papaya. Half a banana Half a teaspoon of dried, turmeric, cinnamon and ginger. 1 teaspoon of honey. Coconut water. Place the ingredients in a blending cup and blend for approximately 30 seconds until smooth.
Indian sunset.
Mixed red fruits and cinnamon. The red fruit content varies throughout the year depending on seasonal availability. 1 cup of any combination of raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, red or black currents. 1 banana. 1 teaspoon of honey. 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. 1 table spoon of Greek yoghurt. Almond milk. Place the ingredients in a blending cup and blend for approximately 30 seconds until smooth.
