Welcome to the team Jo, who will be joining us from March 2019. Jo predominantly teaches Vinyasa Yoga with relaxing Savasana, but also enjoys teaching Power Yoga for strength. As always, our yoga teachers are experienced and able to adapt to accommodate the different needs of our guests.
Jo is also a qualified Masseur, relax your muscles and your mind with one of our massages with essential oils, Hinoki, Angelica or Geranium to promote deep relaxation, Peppermint to revitalize and invigorate or Lavender to induce sleep.

What is Reiki? – Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by ‘laying on the hands’ and is based on the idea that an unseen ‘life force energy’ flows through all of us which causes us to be alive. It flows through meridians or chakras, charging them with positive energy. Most people feel a sense of relaxation and peace, the mind calms and clarity ensues. Reiki can do no harm and the benefits differ from person to person.
